The Views From the Top Were Breath Taking!

When we went to the top of the cathedral in Cologne, Germany the views were breath taking!

I loved being able to see the Rhine from the top, and the trains coming in below us as well.

The bells in the tower give perspective to just how high we were.

We Visited the Dom at Colonge

We had the most wonderful time at the Dom in Colonge.

Chance went with us, but had to stay at the hotel while we toured the Cathedral.  What a beautiful place Colonge is!  We had the best food I have had in Germany since arriving, in a little cafe near where we stayed.  When we first went in all the tables had reserved signs on them.  However they were for a later hour so we were able to eat there.  The price was remarkably low for such a quality meal so beautifully presented.  The cream brûlée was fabulous!  More tomorrow of the history of this magnificent place!
